Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center
The purpose of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association is to establish a medium where members can express their ideas and concerns, to implement a system where we can meet the educational needs of our members, and to launch a student alliance that would continue to sustain the needs of our members beyond law school.
Our organizational goals are to provide community assistance, increase awareness of Asian American concerns, strengthen relations between the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association and Asian Pacific Bar Associations, and to increase employment prospects for our organization members.

Attorney and Law Student Mentorship Program:
The Asian Pacific American Bar Association (APABA) in South Florida is now accepting applications for their 2010-2011 Minority Mentorship Program. APABA is a non-profit, voluntary bar organization of Asian Pacific American attorneys in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. The Minority Mentorship Program is a great opportunity for networking, meeting local attorneys and generating potential internship opportunities. APABA South Florida hosts year round mentor/mentee networking events involving attorneys and law students from all over South Florida. In addition, students who participate will obtain individual support throughout law school and will have the privilege of choosing an attorney mentor that practices in the same field of law that they are interested.
